Besides all the visual component, the challenge was to develop an online system that allows visitors, members and all interested interact with the association 24 hours a day, all week through. For this purpose it has created an integrated BackOffice that allows the content management of the website, the members of the mailing, the entries in workshops, hobbies, and contacts. A Web marketing plan is implemented, and the site is optimized for search engines and several campaigns to promote the association online were made. The contents of the site have been edited and translated. The software and hardware more suitable for the development of the activity of the association was suggested, based on Open Source solutions such as: Operating System, Office Suite, Anti-virus, etc.
